SAFCA 2025: Strengthening Wildfire Response and Collaboration for Conservation and Local Empowerment
From May 6 to May 8 2025, the SAFCA environmental organizations gathered in Santiago de Chiquitos for the fourth alliance workshop. This year, the workshop was organized by Fundación para la Conservación del Bosque Chiquitano – FCBC, and it was formed by representatives of Conservación Amazónica – ACCA, Conservación Amazónica – ACEAA and Aktion Amazonas - AKAM.

NGOs from Peru, Bolivia and Denmark join forces to conserve tropical forests in South America
From March 11th to 13th, the III workshop of the SAFCA Alliance took place in the city of Puerto Maldonado, Peru. This event was attended by Executive Directors and technical teams from various organizations, including Conservación Amazónica – ACCA from Peru, Conservación Amazónica – ACEAA from Bolivia, the Fundación para la Conservación del Bosque Chiquitano - FCBC from Bolivia, and Aktion Amazonas - AKAM from Denmark.
